Defibrillation pads will typically have shelf-life of minimum 2 years from date of purchase. If you have signed up for our 4-year AED Service Package, you do not have to worry about keeping track of the expiry dates as we will automatically change the pads when it expires.
The next-generation AED-3100 has the technological advantage of adjusting the energy levels via toggling between adult/child mode via a switch. This increases the ease-of-operation and reduces cost of pads maintenance.
All our AED cabinets have a sticker with information on Maxima. You can scan the QR code on the sticker which brings you to our website with our contact details.
Once you have contacted us regarding the incident, if you are under our 4-year AED Servicing Plan, we will prioritise our response to go down on site to:

If you are not under our Servicing Plan, we will respond and proceed to carry out the steps as mentioned above (charges apply).
